He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Assiut University in Egypt in 2002, obtained a Master of Laws degree from the same university in 2005, and then obtained a PhD in International Law in 2010. He was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor by a decision of the Scientific Committee for the Promotion of Professors of the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities on 26/7/2018. He also worked as a visiting professor and supervisor for undergraduate and master’s students at both the University of Applied Sciences and the University of the Kingdom of Bahrain. He also worked as a faculty member specializing in Public International Law and Human Rights at the University of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the University of the Kingdom of Bahrain for more than 11 years.
