Terms and Conditions

Membership Terms

  • Any individual, company, or institution working in law, legal consultancy, arbitration, or mediation may apply for membership, provided that they hold a specialized certificate or license from the relevant authority in their country.
  • Each applicant must be qualified to perform the work related to the requested membership, have a workplace in the country they belong to, and provide fixed contact details.
  • The membership application will be reviewed by the relevant center administration. After verifying the requirements and coordinating with the center representative in the applicant country, a decision of acceptance or rejection will be issued and communicated to the applicant.
  • To complete the membership application and registration procedures, the applicant must pay the prescribed fees immediately after being informed of membership acceptance.
  • If a member breaches any membership condition or requirement, the center administration may issue a decision to cancel the membership after notifying and warning the member. A cancelled member is not entitled to claim a refund of membership fees.

Membership Benefits

  • The member name and details will be displayed in the designated section of the center official website and affiliated display channels.
  • The member will receive a membership card issued by the center.
  • The member may access all services provided by the center, whether general services or member-only services.
  • The member will receive special discounts on programs and activities provided by the center or any cooperating entity.
  • The member may receive technical, advisory, and logistical support to develop their work and obtain new business, whether free or at reduced fees.
  • The member may attend international and specialized center events dedicated to members only.
  • The member may receive selected member-only training programs free of charge.
  • The member benefits from an international network of relationships connected to their field of work.
  • The member receives periodic bulletins and news related to their field.
  • The member receives special offers from cooperating entities.

Membership Fees

  • Administrative fees for registering a membership application are USD 50 for individuals and USD 100 for institutions and companies. These fees are charged only once when registering the membership application.
  • Membership registration fees, in any membership section, are USD 300 for individuals and USD 500 for institutions and companies for two individuals.
  • An additional fee of USD 200 is charged for each additional member under the institution or company name, for institutional and company memberships only.
  • An additional fee of USD 100 is charged when requesting registration in more than one membership section, such as law, arbitration, and mediation. This fee is charged per member for each additional section, whether for individuals, institutions, or companies.
  • Membership fees are annual, payable in advance from the date of application acceptance and completion of registration procedures, and must be paid regularly upon renewal.
  • If a member fails to pay due membership renewal fees, the center administration may cancel the membership after notifying and warning the member.
  • The center administration may impose any additional administrative fees on a cancelled member if they request membership re-registration.
  • All fees exclude value added tax.
