Dr. Mohammed Reda Abu Hussein is a lawyer and arbitrator registered with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Conciliation and Arbitration Centre, the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Dr. Mohammed has practiced law since 1985. He completed his education primarily in the United Kingdom, culminating in a Master of Laws (LLM) in Comparative Company Law between the UK and the GCC, and a PhD in Private International Law and Arbitration from Glasgow Caledonian University in 1995. His dissertation focused on the application of GCC laws in UK courts, with particular reference to conflict of laws rules. In addition, Dr. Mohammed Reda Abu Hussein has served as an arbitrator and dispute resolution judge at the International Court of Justice (The Hague).
