The International Legal Forum Under the title: Effective Justice Between Reality and Aspiration
The International Legal Forum under the title: Effective Justice Between Reality and Aspiration
The Introduction
The importance of effective justice lies in achieving security and stability in society. Moreover, justice is one of the most important pillars and objectives upon which the sustainable development plan is based in many countries. The United Nations adopted it in its 2030 development plan – under Goal No. 16 – which was approved by the majority of member states at their meeting held on 9/25/2015. Based on the vision of the Gulf International Center to achieve creativity, excellence and leadership at the local and international levels, and in order to achieve its goal of improving the legal work system and forming a generation of legal professionals capable of facing future challenges, and given the importance of the topic of effective justice and its direct impact on achieving sustainable development, the Center organized this unique forum to bring together key and important sectors in the field of justice, with the attendance of high-level delegations from various Arab countries, to exchange information, cultures and experiences via virtual platforms, on the topic of effective justice between reality and aspiration, in order to come up with a number of important recommendations that serve society.
